After meeting all requirements, successful interview, and confirmation that the hospital would like to offer the job, you will receive an employment contract that thoroughly details every aspect of the opportunity. All you have to do is accept, prepare, and follow our lead. We got you.

  • Interview

    Speak with our team to learn more about the program and get your interview
    scheduled with the client.

  • You Got The Job!

    Congratulations! We’re excited to have you join the IGHealth Family.

  • Exam & Licensure

    Study and pass NCLEX and English Assessment. Apply and obtain your U.S. State Specific Nursing License.

  • Visa Submission

    Collect and submit required documents for filing.

  • Clinical Education

    Combination of courses, workshops, and simulations developed by the IGHealth Clinical Education Team.

  • Pre-Deployment

    Finalize logistics, meet your hospital team, and walkthrough first days being in the U.S.

  • Arrive in the U.S. and begin work!

    Welcome to your new career and team!
